Unit 3 – Adapting to Change

Learn practical techniques for adapting to change in personal and professional settings. The unit guides learners in building resilience and staying productive during uncertain times.

Unit 4 – Strategies for Dealing with Anger

This unit focuses on identifying triggers and managing anger constructively during times of change. Learners will gain tools to maintain professionalism and reduce conflict in the workplace.

Unit 5 – Managing Stress

Understand the causes of stress during organizational changes and how to cope effectively. This unit offers strategies to maintain mental well-being and ensure high performance under pressure.

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Quality Licence Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
