The course consists of three insightful modules, which gradually introduce the world of contemporary business management and a variety of core sub-topics. Important subjects discussed and explored at length include the different types of business management, the duties and responsibilities of business managers, workforce deployment and long-term performance management.
The business course online is divided into three modules:
Module 1 - Introduction to Business Management
Module 2 - Managing Business Operations
Module 3 - Performance Management
At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Quality Licence Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
