This course consists of following units:

Unit 4 – Creating the Sales Plan
Learn to develop a practical sales plan that outlines goals, pricing, and distribution methods. This unit shows you how to align your sales tactics with your overall business objectives.

Unit 5 – Developing Financial Projections
Gain the skills to forecast business income, expenses, and profitability with confidence. This unit teaches you how financial projections support budgeting, funding, and long-term sustainability.

The Certificate in Writing a Business Plan QLS Level 2 provides learners with essential skills to pursue a range of career opportunities in business and entrepreneurship.
