Unit 2: Introducing Humor and Games in Training
This module teaches how to effectively add humor to training sessions using simple games and creative ideas. It helps trainers design and use fun, interactive tools like "Wavy Lines" to boost learner engagement.

This course prepares learners for creative roles in training and development by teaching how to use games and humor effectively. Graduates can pursue careers as corporate trainers, L&D coordinators, training assistants, or workshop facilitators. It is ideal for those aiming to lead engaging sessions in corporate, educational, or non-profit settings. The course also benefits freelance trainers and consultants who want to design dynamic, interactive programs. With these skills, learners can progress into senior roles such as instructional designers or training managers, where innovation and learner engagement are highly valued.

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Quality Licence Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
