Terms and Conditions
Below are the terms and conditions on which we supply our products, services, courses, and course materials to you. These terms and conditions apply to all the courses available on our website www.cpdcourses.com.
1. Enrolment
1.1. Company reserves the right to accept or decline any application for enrolment. Placing the order does not mean that your order has been accepted. The company will confirm acceptance through email.
1.2. Failure to complete the course shall not entitle you to withhold payment of fees or receive any refund.
1.3. You will not be issued your certificate until you have paid for your course in full.
2. Course Materials/ Delivery
2.1. We endeavor to ensure that the materials are of satisfactory quality but do not warrant that they will be error-free.
2.2. Course materials will be delivered by Brentwood Open Learning College (BOLC) and will be available online on the BOLC Learning Management System.
2.3. Copyright in course materials is owned or licensed by the company (BOLC). Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
3. Services
3.1. We provide support and tuition as outlined in our promotional materials and website.
3.2. If paying in installments, we will register you with the awarding body after full payment.
3.3. We reserve the right to change the awarding body but will always provide an equivalent qualification.
4. Payment
4.1. Late payments (after the due month) incur a £10 late fee.
4.2. Missing three monthly payments may result in course removal. Re-registration requires a £50 fee.
4.3. All outstanding fees must be cleared before a certificate is issued.
5. Cancellation
5.1. You can cancel within 14 days (cooling-off period) as per Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, unless materials have been downloaded.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Our liability for any damages shall not exceed the payment received from you.
6.2. We are not liable for indirect damages like loss of profit, revenue, or third-party liabilities.
7. Written Communications
7.1. Communication will be primarily electronic. You agree that electronic notices fulfill legal writing requirements.
7.2. Formal notices must be sent via recorded delivery post.
8. Termination
8.1. We may terminate this agreement if you fail to make payments, breach terms, or provide false/incomplete information.
8.2. If you breach course rules or display offensive behavior, we may expel you without reimbursement.
9. Other Terms
9.1. This Agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
9.2. We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time.
9.3. If any clause is found invalid, the remaining terms will still apply.
