Business Administration Short Course

The level 1 course in Business Administration contains three units:

UNIT 1: An Outline of Business Environment

The basic aim of this unit is to give fundamental understanding of Business Environments, its different types (internal and external environment), its importance and the factors that affect the operation of a firm.

UNIT 2: Effective Marketing Strategies

This unit focuses on the marketing aspect of any Business. It explains what makes a successful marketing strategy, gives some of the most effective marketing strategies that will intensify business growth whether it’s a new business or an old one and it states the important aspects of successful marketing.

UNIT 3: Managing Staff Performance

This is the last unit of the course, it defines Staff Performance Management, lists the various methods of managing and improving staff performance. It explains the significance of managing staff performance and how it fuels Business growth.  

Prospects that have finished the level 1 course in Business Administration are a bit ahead of the game of gaining ample knowledge in starting, managing and improving any business. They can also easily cope with the higher levels of Business Administration. The average annual salary for starters in Business Administration is $55,000.

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Quality Licence Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
