Unit 2 – Developing a Business or Product Idea
Learn how to generate and refine your product or business idea by understanding customer needs and value propositions. This unit also covers profit margins, ownership types, and writing a business plan.

Unit 3 – Financial Plan and Product Development
Understand how to prepare essential financial statements like income statements and cash flow reports. You will also explore the product development process to turn your ideas into viable offerings.

Unit 4 – Building a Marketing Plan and Sales Strategy
This unit teaches you to conduct market and competitor analysis while developing an effective marketing strategy. You’ll also learn about branding, social media, and creating a compelling sales approach.

Unit 5 – Operational Plan

Unit 6 – Being an Entrepreneurial Leader
Discover leadership traits and entrepreneurial mindsets through Gerber’s three perspectives. Learn how to make financial projections and choose the right business ownership structure for long-term success.

The Entrepreneur Training QLS Level 3 course opens doors to a variety of business and leadership opportunities.
