Unit 4

Developing Training and Response Programs for Anger Management

The unit 4 covers the following topics:

• Developing Emergency Response Plans
• Program Review
• Developing a Threat Response Process
• What to Do When Violence Happens
• Incident Response Checklist
• Process Application 

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Quality Licence Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
