Certificate in Human Resource Management QLS Level 1 Award

The award in Human Resource Management contains two units:

Unit 1: Human Resource Management Introduction

Human resource management is an important part of any organization. It is the maximization of employee performance for the sake of improving business gains. This unit explains the objectives and functions of the human resource department and the importance of proper human resource management.

Unit 2: Performance Management of Workers

This unit introduces staff performance management and explains the process and significance of performance appraisal in an organization. It gives a series of techniques that would help in attaining ideal results.

There are different jobs that this course qualifies candidates for which include HR manager, HR adviser, training and development manager and much more. Salaries for human resources officers can be between £18,000 and £25,000 a year. HR managers can earn between £25,000 and £50,000 a year or more.

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Quality Licence Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
