Change Management Procedure

Change management is an organized approach which deals with both from the perspective of an individual and an organization. Change management is about adaptation to the change, controlling and affecting it.

In a business change management is about defining and implementing procedures or technologies to tackle with changes occur in a business environment along with to gain profit from changing opportunities.

Change is predictable and manageable. Organizations with effective change management procedures in place stand to succeed in competitive markets. Change plans are costly and time-consuming, but change management with disciplined change management techniques leads the organizations to achieve its aim and objectives. 

In project management, there is a significant role of change management. It is the core responsibility of a project manager to examine the proposed change and to determine the effects of change on a project before allowing the change request to put into action.  

The unit seeks to deliver the guidance about change management along with various change management techniques and best practice guidelines. It defines what the change is and describes the key factors in successful change and mastering e- mail. It also explores the time management tips and tricks.
