Strategic Planning is an organized approach for the development of the long term plans for the guidance of the organization for a specific time which can be from one year to several years. In strategic planning the important concepts can be practiced over time to achieve the strategic planning and it doesn’t require the extensive resources to apply over a short time period.
The strategic management planning process involves company's SWOT analysis, method of taking decision about the company’s next three to five years, evaluating the present business environment, defining the company's mission, and figuring out how to take the business from existing to desired position. Strategic planning assist the company to have a good leadership, developed policies, greater integrity and distinguish the company form other groups of related work.
