Being more productive and more efficient at work isn't brain surgery, but it does require being more conscious about the time management.

Personal efficiency means to handle the tasks according to a system without taking stress or having work balance and never be overburdened with the work because of delaying it or being able to accomplish long-term goals, rather than focusing on just day to day objectives. It is actually a speed of an individual which helps to accomplish the goals under certain conditions, with a specific quality and optimal cost.

Personal productivity is the completion of different tasks which move you nearer to achieve your objectives that bring a balance and easiness in your life.

The focus of this unit is to examine the personal efficiency and development of right attitude including a look at the differences between time management and personal productivity.

It also describes the methods of creating a personal vision statement, how to identify dreams and how to set goals.
